In STMS import queue, there is an option to add other requests.The navigation is Extras -> Other Requests -> Add<\/p>\n

Sometimes, this “Add” option gets greyed out (as shown above).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This\u00a0may\u00a0happen when there is a request in the import queue for which the “Target Client” is not specified.<\/p>\n

To resolve this, either delete that request or specify a target\u00a0client (clt) for that request. This should solve the issue.<\/p>\n
